Wedding cake-in-the-middle-of-the road.

It was a Saturday morning, when a couple was excited on their wedding day. There was excitement everywhere, the birds were buzzing, and love was in the air.

The love birds decided to wear the traditional black suit and white dress for their wedding day.

After getting dressed and being ready to go to the church the bride had a last flash back of the fiancé asking her to marry him. This was a very special time in her life. He was such a true gentleman going right on his knees asking her to marry him on the beach in full view of a crowd.

On her arrival at the church her soon to be husband stood in front all in smiles. His eyes lit up as she walked through the back of the church, the people stood up ululating, excited and clapping their hands. The ceremony started and all was going well, until the Minister asked the question ‘if anyone feels that this man and woman are not fit to wed then they should have their say or forever hold their peace.’ Five women appeared out of nowhere each carrying a child in their hands. All they said was do you know that He is the father of our children.  The bride just stood there in shock and didn’t know what to do. Everything went through her mind and she kept telling herself to think straight. She remembers running out of the church facing the congregation and telling them that the wedding was off. Then she saw the wedding cake standing there. It was a beautiful three layered white fruit cake. She grabbed the small top layer and ran out the church. She ran into the road, once she reached the road she felt a lame sensation in her legs and couldn’t move anymore.  She fell down on the middle of the road with the cake still in her hands.

The cake smashed into pieces in the middle of the road and that ended a beautiful wedding day with pieces of wedding cake in the middle of the road.
